Group Reiki Energy Healing 

Gentle non-invasive energy sessions designed to help reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and promote emotional balance. Sessions can be offered virtually or in person. 

Sound Healing Experiences 

Crystal Sound Bowl sessions that support deep relaxation, mental clarity, and nervous system regulation. Ideal for wellness days, retreats and team reset experiences.
